WORK FROM HOME - HR ASSOCIATE . Job Responsibilities . 1. Handle Shortlisting, Assessment & Selection Related Activities . 2. Prepare candidates for Interviews and Train New Joinees . 3. Understand Candidate's interests and accordingly Counsel Candidates on Proficiency Programs, Work Opportunities, etc. . 4. Plan, Organize, Develop, Schedule Delegated Activities / Tasks . 5. Collect Record relevant information, via Interviews and provide Reports to HR Manager . 6. Promptly Respond to Enquiries / Request for Information from Aspirants . 7. Clear Doubts and Queries of candidates & escalate unresolved issues . 8. Actively report time-to-time progress of work being carried out . 9. Arrange Conference Calls, Demonstrations for HR Managers . 10. Provide all Information to candidates, after successful Conference / Demo . 11. Follow SoP's and carry out tasks as per the directives of the Seniors from time to time . 12. Keep Completely Secret and Confidential all of the Information shared by Career Factory, its associate companies, Directors and other Associates at all time | LOCATION IS WORK FROM HOME (HR) . Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6pm . Reports to HR Manager . No Targets but Performance Benchmarks will be shared . No Cold Calling, No Telemarketing, No Sales . Database of Screened CV's will be Provided for outgoing calls . Maximum Communication will be through WhatsApp, Other Messengers or SMS . Laptop, Mobile Phone and Internet will be required . Interview discussion will be based on the contents of the Website, Products and Services provided by the Company | REMUNERATION 1. You shall be on a Training Period of One Month (excluding Sunday) .. 2. Based on your Performance, your remuneration and further course of action will be decided . 4. After successful completion of your training period with minimum acceptable performance your remuneration will be increased on mutual terms . 5. The Minimum Acceptable Benchmark Performance will be shared before you begin your training period . 7. Added responsibility will be given to you from time to time . 8.
