What You’ll Work On
·         Building talent acquisition, recruitment, and training activities
·         Designing and leading employee engagement activities.
·         Leading career conversations, and connecting employees
·         Interpreting HR policies and procedures and recommending effective course of action for resolving issues.
·         Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements
·         Driving growth and performance of individual team members
·         Implementing latest practices to assess performance
·         Liaising with facility maintenance vendors for servicing and helping process the payment
·         Designing and taking the necessary steps for employee retention

·         Providing advice on company policies and ensuring regulatory compliances are met at all times
·         Assisting in building and executing goal-setting activities of the company
·         Overseeing other general HR functions along with the company leadership

·         MBA in HR
·         3-5 years of experience in this field
·         Indian nationals looking for a sabbatical from large firms in the US/European are welcome
·         People from tech companies looking to switch to HR because of their passion will also be considered
